This offering comes from our friends at Onyx Coffee Importers, who work with a variety of smallholder fincas across Huehuetenango, Nuevo Oriente, and San Marcos, Guatemala. It is a mix of Bourbon and Caturra varietals, which are grown around 1,500 meters above sea level. The cherries are brought to a mill where they are processed using the washed method.
